Brenda Miles, Soprano

Brenda Miles has focused her musical efforts on voice and flute. She sang in the A'cappella and Madrigals at East High School in Salt Lake City as well as playing the flute in the orchestra there. She was a featured soloist in Concerto Night during her senior year and went on to perform with the University of Utah Orchestra. In 1974 Brenda participated as a flute soloist in the Snowbird Summer Music Institute. It was in 1998 that she joined Utah Chamber Artists after spending several years singing with a small women's ensemble called "Times and Seasons". She went on her "dream trip" when touring and singing in England and France with UCA in 2008. Brenda and her husband Richard live in Bountiful. The have five children and seven grandchildren. She loves to snow ski, travel, and play with her grandkids. Brenda is a Creative Memories Consultant and enjoys preserving memories and helping others to enjoy it too.
