Dave Hansen, who as been with Utah Chamber Artists since 1993, has always been involved with music. He studied piano and trombone for six years and later took voice lessons from Betty Jean Chipman.  While at Olympus High School in Salt Lake City he participated in Madrigals and Concert Choir and then continued singing in college at the University of Utah with Concert Choir and the University of Utah A cappella Choir.  Dave also took conducting lessons while at the U.  He graduated from Law School in 1998 and since then has been with Howard, Phillips and Anderson. He and his wife Kathy, live with their four children John David, Megan, James, and Ben in Holladay.
