Spring Concert
Monday, May 4, 2019

7:30 PM
Libby Gardner Concert Hall

Dear audience members,

As you probably know, Governor Herbert has strongly encouraged that large gatherings be canceled. We have been looking forward to our spring concert on May 4th but the health and well-being of our musicians and audience are paramount so regrettably we have decided to cancel our concert. Rehearsals and preparation for the concert would have begun next week and that’s just not possible given how contagious the coronavirus is.

For our Encore Club members and others who have already purchased tickets for the spring concert, we offer three options:

1. Consider the price of two tickets – $30 – as a donation to our ensemble.
2. Receive a voucher for two additional tickets to a concert in our 2020–2021 concert season next year.
3. Request a $30 refund.

We will contact you individually via email but you are free to write to us at info@utahchamberartists.org with your preference.

In the meantime, you can hear our music by visiting our YouTube channel where you will find a wide array of selections we have performed over the last few years. Or stay tuned to our Facebook page where we’ll post pieces from past performances

Next season we celebrate our 30th anniversary! We are excited to have you join us for this. Watch for more this summer.

We value your support and dedication to our music and wish you the best during this challenging time.

Sincerely,

Becky Durham, Executive Director
