Birthplace: Provo, Utah – Grew up in Murray, Utah
Family Info: Father was Tabernacle organist for 30 years; I have no wife or kids that I’m aware of.
Pets: Guppies
Favorite childhood memory: Lying under the grand piano at home while my dad practiced. This was a regular occurrence. Listening from that perspective is definitely worth a try.
Musical background: Sang at Cottonwood High School with Morris Lee, sang at BYU with Mack Wilberg in Men’s Chorus and Concert Choir, minored in music, conducted a church choir for 3 years.
Years with UCA: Joined during the 98-99 Season.
Profession: Speech-language Pathologist
Favorite UCA repertoire: Too many to list, but Benjamin Britten’s “Hymn to St. Cecilia” is my favorite.
Favorite UCA memory: Singing at Notre Dame Cathedral for mass with thousands of people attending.
Hobbies: Arranging music, ultimate frisbee, hiking
An accomplishment of which I am proud: Finishing my Master’s degree
Dream vacation: New Zealand
Where would you like to spend a year? An island in the Pacific with lots of tropical fruit.
Where would you like to spend a day? I’d be willing to go about anyplace for a day.
